“Go back in. Don’t just stand here.” Yu Wan pushed him inside. Lili rushed over and happily called out to her. Yu Wan squatted down and squeezed its face, “Lili, what did you do?”
“Woof!” Lili innocently said back as if it did nothing.
“Forget it.” Yu Wan let go of Lili and found that Li Shen isn’t there anymore. She got up and went to the living room. She saw him wrapped in a quilt asleep on the sofa.
“....” She walked over and helped rearrange the quilt. He opened his eyes and when he saw her, he reached out to hug her.
“Wanwan, I want to eat milk congee.”
Yu Wan, “......”
She thought he had grown up after three years! Only today did she discover that was not the case! He still wants her to milk porridge when he’s ill!

“Ok, ok. I’ll make it for you.”
Hearing her agree to it, Li Shen finally let go and continued to sleep.
Yu Wan sighed. She first put an ice pack on his forehead before walking to his kitchen to look around. There are plenty of ingredients in the refrigerator, including milk and everything else. She took out some rice from the cabinet and rolled up her sleeves as she starts to prepare the congee.
Lili was fussing around her the entire time and it was hard to shoo it away. In the end, Yu Wan had to tie it to a leash in the yard, “You obediently stay here.”
“Woof!” Lili showed her a pitiful expression “Lili doesn’t want to, Lili is wrong.”
Yu Wan was not moved by its big eyes and went back into the kitchen. After she finished, Li Shen was still sleeping on the sofa. She took the ice pack from his forehead and put it aside. She gently pushed his shoulder, “Li Shen?”
“Hm…..?” Li Shen lightly grumbled. It sounds kind of…..sexy.
Yu Wan coughed and pushed him again, “Get up and eat milk congee?”
When he heard the words “milk congee,” Li Shen finally opened his eyes. Yu Wan helped him up and wrapped him in a quilt.
Li Shen seemed to be completely out of it while he stared blankly at her. Yu Wan handed the bowl of congee to him, “Here, be careful.”
Li Shen looked at the bowl in her hand and then looked up at her, “You’re not going to feed me?”
Yu Wan, “.....”
In the noble spirit of not arguing with the patient, Yu Wan picked up the spoon. She lightly blows on it and raised it to his lip, “Master, have a taste.”
“En.” Li Shen was satisfied.
After slowly finishing a bowl of congee, Mister Li went back to sleep. Yu Wan found a thermometer in his house and took his temperature. Seeing that he only has a slight fever, she felt rest assured.
Yu Wan helped switch the ice pack, brought Lili back inside, and cleaned up before leaving his house.
This time, Li Shen was awakened by Lili’s lick. He opened his eyes and turned away from Lili’s enlarged face.

Li Shen suddenly panicked. He abruptly stood up and thought for a moment. Then he walked to the kitchen and took a look. There is a small pot of cold milk congee on the stove.
“....” Don’t panic Li Shen. You could have cooked it yourself and is just confused. Didn’t you learn to cook milk congee before!
He tried to calm his emotions and went to the bedroom to find his phone. His WeChat was still on his and Yu Wan’s conversation. The first sentence was “Uncomfortable [Grievances.jpg].”

He finished looking at his chat history with Yu Wan. No, it’s not a chat record, it’s a theater scene. :)
He stood alone in the living room for a while but did not dare to call Yu Wan. Instead, he sent a series of ellipses.
